Terms of Service
The agreement between your studio and Komi. It covers accounts and seats, plans and payment, what gets published, how payouts work, and when either side can stop.

1. Who we are
Komi is operated from Singapore. These terms apply to the website, the Komi app, the Komi Teach app and the studio dashboard.
2. Your account and your studio
One email is one seat at one studio. Studio admins manage the roster and hold no instructor seat of their own.
3. Seats, plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. A trial runs first, and we ask for a card before it ends.
4. What studios and instructors publish
Class plans, libraries and profiles stay the property of whoever created them. Komi hosts and displays them.
5. Payouts
Komi pays studios monthly for plan unlocks and payable scans, once the balance reaches the stated minimum.
6. Acceptable use
What may not be uploaded or published, and how blocking and reporting work between students and instructors.
7. Suspension and termination
When an account can be suspended, what happens to a studio roster, and what survives termination.
8. Liability
The limits of what Komi is responsible for, including that Komi is not a medical or fitness-qualification authority.
9. Changes to these terms
How changes are notified and when they take effect.
