1. What we collect
Account details, the classes you publish or scan into, and the plans you unlock or log. Nothing more than the product needs.
2. How we use it
To run your account, show your studio its own numbers, calculate payouts, and improve the product.
3. QR scans and class data
A scan records that a device scanned a class link at a point in time. Komi keeps no attendance register and no booking record, so a scan is the only class signal that exists.
4. What we never collect
No payment card details reach Komi — Stripe handles those. We do not sell data, and we run no advertising network.
5. Sharing and processors
The processors we rely on, what each one sees, and where they are located.
6. Storage and retention
Where data is stored, how long each kind is kept, and what happens when an account closes.
